Found and photographed by Kyle Full at Buckhorn Island SP on the morning of June 10, 2022. Kyle reached out to the Buffalo Ornithological Society via the website about his sighting. He took a series of photos via his cell phone thru binoculars to document. Kyle mentioned that after taking photos, he slowly approached the bird thinking it might be injured and it flew off. He did not notice any antennae/tracking device. This is likely the latest spring record for the BOS study area.
