"fee-b-be-bee". mf [This is essentially the song of the species, including both types of Regularly Repeated Vocalizations (RRVs; see Smith, W. J. 1969. Displays of Sayornis phoebe (Aves, Tyrannidae). Behaviour 33:283-322). These 140 vocalizations alternate between RRV1s and RRV2s, beginning with an RRV1 and ending with an RRV2. In general, multiple RRV1s are given for each RRV2 (of which there are 47). Quality changed from 1-2 to 1-2, 2 (BEST before 2:00, though much after this is quality 2-1) - CAM - 14 April 2005].
