Views of perched males, the first of which can just be heard singing. All the males I noted here (slightly darker on the underparts and also singing occasionally) had a small buff patch on the throat. I can't find reference to this anywhere in the field guides I have looked at. Does anyone else know if this is a known distinction between males and females?. Elevation: 1283 m.
