we were conducting bird site assessment for the PPUR Bird Race. one of our itinerary was Atremaru Mountain Resort in Bgy. Buenavista. Together with PPUR Management staff, DENR and City ENRO, we spotted this raptor perched high on a tree branch. it was probably looking for a prey. it stayed for about 20 minutes before it flew deeper into the forest canopy
