NOTES: (Other Soc. Unit: Pair. Range Status: Range Extension. Breed. Status: Territorial. Spec. Song Type: Duet? Climate: Humid; Cyclic Wet-Dry. Cov. Density: Med?) Recorded along trail from lodge to river (within 50 meters of lodge grounds). Though not seen this day, these birds had been present for at least a month and we did see them earlier in our stay. These birds represent the first record of the species for Amazonian Peru. Other Behaviors: Advertise, Mate. Habitat: Rainforest, Evergreen Forest.
