Icy feathers!

Perched atop pine. Flew off across the meadow just before the sunlight reached it. Edit. Wow! I thought its chest looked haggard around its long feathers. After zooming in on the pics, I see it’s Ice! Like little feather icicles. Also ice at the tip of its bill!
