Continuing bird since 6 Dec. First seen by Jim P. A mostly brownish warbler above, paler below with blurry streaks, and with fairly bright contrasty yellow undertail coverts and plenty of tail wagging! Along 18th Street between Harding and Coolidge. Incredibly awful photo included, as my camera wouldn't focus properly, but it is still sort of identifiable!
