Cont. First reported by Th. Ford-Hutchinson on 12/16. Apparently does not stray far from favored (and least leaved) tipu at the corner of Naples St and Jefferson Ave along the Costco parking lot fence line. Bird was immediately apparent upon arrival and completed a handful of circus around the canopy in the 10-15 minutes I observed. Bright yellow face, more olive-y cheek patch and crown, black throat, white tum, black streaking on flanks, dark back, white wingbars. Ph.
