Found earlier by Vitus Li, continuing. Photos. At distance, smaller gull, darker legs than rbgu, dark bill, slight hood coloration. Appears to be non-breeding adult. Distinguished from 1st winter Franklin's which has more extensive hood forward of eye and below, Laughing gull winter hood stops sharply at the eye front. Distinguished from Bonapart's by dark legs; Bonapart's are pink, Laughing Gull bill dark and larger.
