観察結果の詳細

Large falconid, bare pinkish face, dark cap with shaggy crest extending behind, "collared" appearance from pale feathers around neck, pale throat. First seen by Cody flying out from the cedars; continuing at this location. Solid colored back indicative of cheriway. Odd seeing one with so much frost on the ground. Hope it makes it or at least makes it south.
