On my second visit it became clear: Merlin does not identify the tek call and misidentifies the rattle call. Before location is set, it is briefly shown as Marsh warbler, but then identified as Taiga Flycatcher. 2 days ago, I thought Taiga to be OK when the call came from within a bush (checked other recordings). But today I had calls coming from the marsh vegetation as well as several visual confirmations.
