This bird was first reported on Dec 6th by Ian Davidson and has been seen by many observers since then. The flanks were quite white not yellow as in an Eastern Meadowlark. The yellow on the throat extended into the molar area. The face and head seemed less contrasted compared to an Eastern Meadowlark. The back looked slightly paler and less contrasted then would be the case on an Eastern Meadowlark. The bird was foraging about 25 to 30 metres to the south of a field access on the south side of Panmure Road.
