観察結果の詳細

Observed perched in a tall cedar elm after we crossed over the bridge. Was sitting on one leg, after a few minutes fluffed their feathers, pooped, then after another couple of minutes took off. Plain black to dark brown over entire body. Yellow feet. Two toned beak: yellow at base and dark at tip. Some white around the base of the beak on the face. Dark eyes. In flight, broad white band at base of tail, then broad dark band, then white at the tips of the tail feathers.
