I found a nest with three newly hatched chicks. The parents were nearby and calling nervously.

観察結果の詳細

Thin sparrow with a long tail. Gray overall. Pink bill. I was watching the adults and they were calling nervously. I saw one go into a sagebrush. This species is very rarely seen in Mono County, and I do not think breeding has ever been documented. I got a bit closer to the bush and did find a nest with 3 newly hatched young. We all left the area immediately.
