Olive bird with rust/black crown stripes, huge eyes/white eye ring, bright pink legs. Foraging around base of multi-trunk pepper tree in the greenbelt, opposite 2706 DeForest Ave. Walking around with cocked tail like a miniature chicken. Found by Jeff Boyd continuing for a week.
