Appeared to be same individual discovered early this morning. Perched on a snowbank at the northern end of runway. Scope views revealed a white-headed individual (with darkly barred crown) and extensive dark barring below. As was the case this morning, the owl was an extreme distance away. However, a poor digiscope photo was obtained.
