**Rare ID Description: Large/robust, large-billed, shy, ground-feeding warbler with very bold white eye ring. Short tail projection past the longer undertail coverts, giving a stocky, short-tailed appearance. Brownish hood, as well as a brownish wash to the breast area. (Dull) yellow underparts. Age: Immature (HY); gape patch well visible, along with plumage colouration indicators. Habitat: Wet, scrubby, creekside meadow with plentiful goldenrod; interspersed with Black Willow stands, Buckthorn brambles, and Riverbank Grape tangles. Suitable migration habitat.
