Woah!! Incredible find by Ethan and Sophia. Was not expecting this at all. I was about to start looking for the Painted Bunting again with Marty and Lauren when I got word of this bird. We booked it back to Newport and made it just as last light was fading. I gave myself an asthma attack just running out over the dunes to the jetty as it was getting dark. Huge white owl just hanging out on the far end of the jetty, not doing much. Digiscope photos won't be winning any awards but oh well
