Continuing, previously reported. On the close rip rap in A8. Seen at 1:50 to 2 pm when I left, thru the scope, from the trail at the yacht club. All shiny black bird , thin, with thin black bill, thin neck. Diagnostic photos. Preening. As it preened I could see the aforementioned features.
