Flushed from stadium road side of water to Conibear island, went back and forth a couple of times. A UW maintenance person stopped and placed a traffic cone next to me so I could keep observing from the verge-less road without getting run over (which was a little embarrassing but also super sweet.) I offered him a binoculars view of the bird but he said he sees them every day.
