Undercount. There could have easily been a flock of 40 or more. Far East of town where road grading is taking place in open fields (for solar farm?). Saw 10 on North side of road move South. I drove in and easily saw 10 more near the big containers and surrounding fields. The security guard was nice and let me stay but I didn’t push it and go further. Spectacular! Lots of pics!
