Was bummed that there weren't so many gulls on the flats, but then this little birdie entered the scope view. There was no question what it was with these beautifully red legs and the red base of the bill. One could even see the outline of the hood. After about 20 min it was gone while nobody was looking. Glad it was refound at the NE treatment plant.
