Lockenhurst and Art Ford's Pond (both in Westtown) have become decent places to look for this species in late fall and winter. I initially saw a pair then noticed some brown-headed geese tucked in sleeping that I couldn't see enough of to ID. Eventually they all started moving, and I could see seven GWFG. They walked off the ice and into the water where they continued to move around all together, and later in groups of 4 + 3. I initially thought one might be an immature, but all seem to be adults.
