*Late. Small gull with black spot behind eye and black bill. Photo As an experiment I observed this bird's black bill at many angles and at no time did it ever appear to have any yellow color to it. I also captured digiscoped pictures and video, none of which resulted in any discoloration of the black bill. The lighting and the conditions for both this bird and the previously found BLKI were quite similar. This gives me even more confidence that no chromatic aberration was at play.
