It seems that these are becoming more and more common nowadays! 11 pelicans were present on the sandbar west of Breezy Point, with a flock of 9 on the northern tip of the bar, and 3 in the middle. Unmistakable, adults and juveniles present. Attached here is a photo of the first flock.
