Continuing Sam Manning find. Photos (though they are not great) Two noticeably darker ducks swimming around with the mallards. The male had a light yellow bill, and both had dark tails. When I arrived, Sam pointed out where the birds were and I watched them for about 15 minutes. The male and female stuck pretty close together before they flew off. About 10-15 minutes after they flew, Tobin, Pat, and I spotted one of the birds (we think the female), but not the other. NE #341 and Year 337!
