Continuing bird . Found it directly in back of the ranger's house ,close and to the right of the osprey nest, in the upper branches of a bare tree/shrub at 9 am. It soon flew. see terrible photo. Around 10:30 it was spotted (by sharp eyed Wyland Brown) feeding briefly at the base of a shrub on the ground; see second terrible photo .
