Continuing juvenile. Was sleeping by shore when I located the bird. After 15 minutes it raised its head for a moment then continued resting. After another 10 minutes it was aroused by CANG honking on other side of lake. Slowly swam down the shoreline toward five of us standing on the shore. Stopped within 20 feet of where we were standing and remained there for more than 10 minutes. It displayed no concern for our presence. In fact it seemed the opposite. Grace, Colby, Ann and Rich also observed this behavior.
