First saw the bird with several other birders on the far southern side of lobby building at 32.77503, -117.24026. Shortly thereafter, while standing with Max L. by the waterfall feature on the northeast corner of the lobby building (at 32.77536, -117.24001), the bird popped into the open for about 15 seconds for very nice views (photos below). Continuing from yesterday morning, nice find by Liz and Kev.
