観察結果の詳細

Circled, calling, and then flew south from the point. I assumed they were gone but as I was leaving, a few minutes later, I spotted some perched birds on top of the light keeper's house. At first I assumed they were pigeons, but then realized they were too small and stopped to take a quick look before I left. It turned out to be all 8 of the buntings! They were all preening and vocalizing as I watched for about 10 minutes. They were still there when I left. Photos and audio to come.
