As I walked up from the parking lot someone named Sam said they saw "The" ATSP at the same spot as the CCSP and showed me a picture confirming this. So far I hadn't heard one being reported there so reported to Discord and as I walked up Cassidy and crew mentioned they believed that they saw it earlier but wanted better looks to be sure. Eventually it popped out in the same spot as all of the other sparrows: 45.5106477,-122.9889138 Small sparrow with red crown without a stripe through it, otherwise gray head with red line behind eyes, bicolored bill. Eventually saw the faint smudge in the middle of the chest.
