Bird was smaller than the double-crested cormorants in the same tree. A scope view showed the white of its gape better than these photos, which really only show the size comparison. Other birders confirmed that this was where the continuing bird has been seen, and that they thought this was the bird. My photos show the bird in the same part of the tree as do photos in other eBird reports.
