After getting a glimpse of it this morning, I thought I would give it a try again going towards the end of daylight, as that is when the cardinals and the white throated and juncos come to settle in for the evening and feed one last time. After keeping careful watch of where the white throated sparrows were scratching around in the gardens, I finally saw the Fox sparrow fly in with two of them and got a few photos. A treat for me is I don’t seem to find them very often around here.
