Headed east at around 9:20 about 2 or 300 yards off shore appeared to be a second winter bird? as it didn't have the clean black "M" pattern but still obviously a BLKI as it was a bit bigger than the BOGU and had a black collar. First time we've seen one in this plumage so I'm not sure what age it was exactly. Atlee has decent photos of it so maybe someone knows.
