The north boundary of Collingwood Park is Chadwick Avenue. Ten to 30 feet of brambles and thickets separate the park's grassy areas from Chadwick Ave. This brushy edge is a reliable place to find winter sparrows and other small passerines, and Gray Catbird is sometimes found here during the Christmas Bird Count.
