Continuing, S side of Beaver Lake. Distant but decent scope views from cleft rd over the lake. Smaller than Canada Goose. Grayish brown goose with dark brown head, bright orange legs. When I first saw it was actively bathing and showed off bright orange legs occasionally, it eventually swam to a sand bar where it gave us pretty good views while preening. Later it swam to the shore where I lost it eventually. Thanks to Mike & Liz who showed me the goose via their scope when I first arrived. 10 plus observers.
