While I preliminarily IDed as a CGDO, upon closer examination I believe it is actually a female RGDO. Total lack of scaling on head and neck, plus mostly gray bill seems to eliminate CGDO. Warm tones to tail and covert spotting extending higher on back also favor RGDO. For anyone going to the park looking for it, the bird was seen initially near the middle of the park near where it is somewhat flooded, mostly by itself. It later was closer to the tennis courts with a group of about 15 Mourning Dove.
