Juvenile perched on one of the I-395 bridge supports. Originally seen from the Bangor Waterfront in flight and fishing in the river and then shortly after, flying downriver and landing on the bridge. Both the larger, blockier head (compared to a Double-crested) and a white belly contrasting with light brown breast were evident from the Bangor side, but views were very distant. After driving to the Brewer side, I got much better looks.
