***rare; spotted by jse foraging in thickets. Drab vireo, gray hood, gray bill, bright vent. Giving loud call toward the end of viewing, some would say reminiscent of a rbnu. Bird was extremely sneaky when foraging and took a lot of effort to follow as it mostly remained silent.
