Continuing rarity. Seen at the very top of the mountain just outside the fenced area that surrounds the towers. Stayed in the middle of the road for at least 3 minutes, providing very good views. Seen and photographed by another birder earlier today. Looks to be a non-breading female with rusty patches on the head, over the “ears” and on the sides of the chest. My apologies for the poor quality photos: I only had my 40 mm lens with me.
