Smaller than Ring-billed and California Gulls nearby. Partial mottled black cap, white eye crescents, black bill with tiny orange-ish tip, short blackish legs. Four white primary tips on folded wings, pink cast to belly, darker back than gulls nearby. No vocalizations heard. Watch for about 10-20 min., three separate times until most of the gulls, including the FRGU started leaving gradually at 11:21, heading east. Photos attached.
