Continuing 7th state record, found on Oct 11 by Sochetra Ly. Hung around on “Island” in edge of dunes and willows moving around between bushes and ground and occasionally perched on a log. Behavior like that of a pipit or plover, only saw fly once, probably due to high winds. Was very cooperative and came very close several times, giving excellent views. Glad to finally get this species in Oregon, as it has been almost 15 years since the last one. Seen around Here: (45.5531333,-122.2204887)
