Repeated series of whistles. Originally considered it being Moustached Hawk Cuckoo, but have been informed the strophes are way too regular for MHC, with Ferruginous Partridge being the other option I had been contemplating, and agreed upon by others. Brian Hewitt recorded the full song a couple of days later, confirming the partridge being in the area.
