Presumably countinuing bird from yesterday, found by Andrew McFadden. Dainty tern, ruled out Forsters right away. White secondaries helped with ID from Common Tern. Although in certain lighting, primaries and secondaries looked dark which had me questioning the ID. Bird was perched on shore and did show very short legs. Bill size also showed small in the field, however photos don’t really distinguish the size as much as Sibley depicts.
