Grey hawk with deeply hooked bill, yellow at base of bill. Orangey legs, dark tail with white rump. Foraging and perching in aquatic vegetation on northwest bank of whites lake (the main lake with boardwalks and observation tower, right off the main parking lot) frequently viewable from boardwalk, which is accessible for walker and wheelchair, etc. No benches on boardwalk.
