Awesome find by Will who kindly posted it to the local county Discord channel. We happened to be running errands nearby and stopped by without birding gear and watched it for about 10 minutes. While it seemed unbothered by people, it perked up almost every time waterfowl approached and eventually flushed after a couple of low flying Mallards passed directly above it. Initially it made a few low passes and then circled the adjacent basketball courts with a Ring-billed Gull while steadily gaining altitude before drifting off towards the Charles. Phone video
