I came across three vireos notably smaller than a warbling, but resembling WAVI in plumage. I had a thought that they might be young WAVI. I did not notice any yellow on the throat, but on the sides. In the field, I was not convinced of the dark lores. I managed two photos. A very blurry one which shows the lores are indeed dark, and one which shows the back end of the bird, ands the yellow under tail coverts. I hope as bad as these photos are, they are diagnostic.
