Digi-scoped from the Cordova Harbor breakwater.

Uncommon to see from town. Spread out at least from the Coast Guard dock to the north, and south to 3-mile bay. Birds landing and flying right next to the breakwater at times. Count is my actual count by 1s, but I probably missed some. Tricky to count with a mixture of birds flying and some stationary on the water. Trae Lohse reported seeing many in Prince William Sound and Valdez Arm as he rode the ferry on this same day.
