We stopped the bus for a few moments to have a quick briefing so I decided to take a quick peak out the window and this bird popped into view almost immediately. It foraged in a small open patch of short grass along the roadside. Large, unique looking bird with a long tail, warm buffy breast, and streaked back. We have plenty of experience with GRRO back in Arizona, so it was neat to compare with this individual.
