Located with the help of Derek Heins after 20 minutes or so near (37.7237443, -122.3856330). We were viewing it from the south side of the slough but people were also on the north side. Slightly longer, all dark bill. Legs are slightly more orange than the nearby SEPL and lack webbing (I could only tell this later by looking at my photos). Lots of blurry-ish pics. Lifer!
